Musically this album is a mixture of rock and jazz-rock - with some latin elements added. The title describes the mood perfectly - dark, brooding and powerful, and mostly dominated by Richmans strong guitar work. It was produced by Philip Giffin, whose voice can also be heard on "Big Cats..". Some tunes including "So good So Far" were recorded directly with the whole group playing live.

The US-version of the album contains the same music as the european version, but is a mixed-mode CD with an integrated mutlimedia-catalogue of albums available in the USA in June 1994, which can be played on any Apple Mac with at least a 13" monitor. The price is the same as for normal audio CDs.
