Welcome to the pages of the AMM Music Group (home of the labels LIPSTICK, Jazzline, Barracuda and Satori):

Most of these albums are not available in stores anymore or only available in some countries. In many cases this is the result of music stores that do not want to have any CDs that do not sell very fast. Any older album is usually not interesting to a store, since the price of a CD and the income the dealer has (about 5 Euros or dollars per album) does not really give them enough of an incentive to have the album standing around in the store or even ordering it individually when someone demands it.
We still list most here, since the catalogue and artist pages supply some information that might help fans and in turn the artists as well.
Most tracks from most of our recordings can from June 2007 onwards be found in DRM or watermark protected online music sales sites like i-tunes.

NEWS:

Most of our albums are only available in some countries today in physical form (CDs). In many cases this is the result of music stores that do not want to have any CDs that do not sell very fast.

Since August 2007, many of our recordings are available in most countries as downloads - through i-tunes as well as through many other stores using Windows Media soundfiles. Among them are AOL, FNAC (France) and most of the leading webstors in Europe.

File-Exchange-notice: we are strictly against any pseudo-music sharing. These systems are stealing from our musicians as well as everyone working here. Musicians have to be paid when people listen to their music. Since all our musicians are professionals and have mostly learned their instruments and studied for many years, they deserve to be paid for their work, which is only possible when people pay for the music.
Those people claiming "freedom of information" against the rights of musicians and their marketing-partners should recognise that music is not information - and neither is their any right to get information for free in any constitution of any country. The "freedom of information rights" in european and american law only mean, that everyone has the right to publish his opinion. This gives no-one the right to steal anything.
